Who we are
This site is run by The Arcade, 1100 15th St NW, Washington, DC 20005. You can reach us on +1 202-796-0033 or on Instagram at @thearcade.dc.
What we collect
The enquiry form is the only place this site asks you for anything. It collects your first and last name, your e-mail address, your phone number, the subject of your enquiry, the night it is about, and whatever you write in the message box.
We do not run analytics on this site and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No profile is built from your visit.
Why we hold it
To answer you. A guestlist request, a table, a private hire, a press question: each one needs a reply, and the reply needs your details. We hold them on that basis and no other.
How long
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to twelve months afterwards so we can pick it back up if you write again. After that they are deleted.
Who else sees it
The venue team, and the e-mail provider that carries the message. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to other venues.
Your rights
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR gives you those rights explicitly; we apply them to everyone who asks.
There is no cookie consent to withdraw: this site sets no cookies. The Cookie Policy says what that covers, including the Spotify player on the DJ pages, which is loaded only if you press it.
Changes
This policy was last updated on 25 August 2026. If it changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
